Michael’s Doctorate
This is the thesis defense for Michael’s doctorate”A Structure Function Analysis of Frizzled A Wnt Receptor” on November 11, 2004. Michael and Esther hosted the relatives, including his
mother Elizabeth, brother Arthur, my sister Roberta and
her husband Randy. And me.
After a tour of Stanford, and a repast at a local restaurant,
we all headed to California’s wine country. I fell asleep and missed the party Michael held. We all drove down to Winchester House in San Jose and I took a drive to Big Basin (and took the back way back to Stanford). On the last day, Art Jr and I took another tour of Stanford, and I drove from Sana Cruz to Half Moon Bay before returning home.
